Hot Sauce Mall promises you that if you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will refund the full purchase price, exchange the product or credit your account. (minus shipping & handling)

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within North Carolina will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Shipping
Receive free shipping via USPS Priority Mail (or USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground) Monday through Friday on orders over $75.00. (lower 48 states only- does not include Alaska and Hawaii, military or international orders). All other USPS or FedEx shipping options will not be eligible for free shipping. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and military (APO, AE) addresses normal shipping charges will apply via USPS Retail Ground or Priority Mail. All international orders will be shipped either USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class Package International and all shipping charges/fees will be applied to order. A street address is required for FedEx shipping. FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
Returns and Exchanges
At Hot Sauce Mall you may return any item for a refund or exchange by e-mailing us at, sales at hotsaucemall dot com. Please note that requests for returns and exchanges should be made within 14 days from receiving your order. There is a 15% restocking fee. We cannot refund your shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. Please allow 14 business days for your exchange, refund or credit to be completed. No refund on special order items. Report damages to shipper.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Hot Sauce Mall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hot Sauce Mall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Hot Sauce Mall shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
