Oven-Roasted Purry-Purry Chicken Wings

5 chicken wings, separated into drummettes and wingettes (discard wing tips)

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

3 oz. Fat Cat Purry Purry Sauce or Fat Cat Caribbean Curry Sauce

Preheat oven to 450 F

Cover a baking sheet with foil

Toss wing parts with oil and salt and spread over the foil in a single layer (do not overlap so they will crisp)

Roast the chicken wings for 35-45 minutes, depending on your oven's capacity, until crispy

Using tongs remove chicken from foil to a bowl

Toss with the Purry-Purry or Caribbean Curry sauce while hot and serve. Feel free to drizzle more sauce on top to taste
