5 lbs. whole chicken wings or drumettes

1 bottle of any of our favorite Wing Sauces

If using whole wings, cut into 3 pieces and discard the tips.

Grill chicken wings until fully cooked and crispy on both sides, generally 15 to 20 minutes each side.

While wings are cooking, warm sauce in saucepan on low heat. Do not let boil.

When done, remove wings to paper towels to drain.

Toss wings in sauce thoroughly to coat and remove to maintain crispiness.

Serve with celery and carrot sticks, bleu cheese dressing and Texas toast.
