This new sauce from CatDaddy's Cookery gave us pause to begin with, after all it has the super hot Scorpion Pepper in it. And yes when we first tried it we got a nice burn to start, but then the flavor kicked in and we were hooked. This delicious hot sauce is a blend of vinegar, hot chili peppers (Ghost peppers and habanero in addition to the Trinidad Scorpion pepper), pineapple juice, mango, sugar, salt and spices. So go ahead and have a little sweetness with your heat. Great on all foods.
