Caribbean Chicken Wings

2-3 lbs chicken wings
5 oz. Trinidad Caribbean Pepper Sauce
1/4 stick butter
1/4 cup orange juice (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan (except wings).
Heat thoroughly without boiling.
Fry, grill or bake wings until done.
Place wings on a platter and cover with sauce.
Enjoy!
